Reservation & Refund Policy

Due to the exceptionally high costs of staffing, scheduling, and maintaining our operation, non-refundable.

Please note:

    •    We are unable to reschedule or provide makeup rides for missed or late arrivals.

    •    There are no refunds for any reason, including if a rider chooses not to participate once on-site.

    •    Horseback riding is an outdoor adventure activity, and with that comes unpredictability. While we do everything possible to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, we cannot eliminate all elements of risk or discomfort.
